This policy explains how Ledyn handles personal data collected through this website. Ledyn is the data controller for this data.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, and if you give them, your business name, type of business, city, the plan you are interested in and whether you want to join the pilot. When you buy: your name, billing and delivery address, phone number and email. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store card details.

Why we use it

To tell you about the launch and the pilot (based on your consent), to deliver what you buy and give you access to Ledyn (to perform our contract with you), and to keep accounting records (a legal obligation).

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after launch. Purchase records are kept for seven years as required by Swedish accounting law.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider, our email provider and Stripe for payments, each under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or object to how we use it by writing to hello@ledyn.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
